Booking Fees
Tickets purchased on this website are subject to a Booking Fee per ticket of $1.00, which is a non-refundable charge. Pahiatua Upstairs Cinema Society reserves the right to alter any and all fees from time to time and without notice.
Classification
You acknowledge the Company’s right to enforce film classification requirements set by the New Zealand Censorship Board and you will not purchase tickets that you (and any persons on whose behalf you purchase tickets) are not legally entitled to see, for instance if you are under 16 you cannot purchase and use tickets for a film classified R16. The Company reserves the right to insist that you provide suitable photographic identification depending on a film’s classification.
Concessions
When you purchase concession tickets online, suitable identification must be provided at the Cinema.
Ticket Collection
Your Booking confirmation will be sent via an email to the email address that you entered on the Booking Confirmation page. This confirmation needs to be printed and shown at the Cinema Ticket Counter in order to obtain a physical ticket for entry to the movie session/event. Alternatively, you may display this information on the screen of your mobile device.
Refunds and Exchanges
Tickets purchased via this website are sold for a specific session only and are sold on a no-refund no-exchange and no-transfer basis unless required by law. The cinema may, at our discretion, convert your ticket(s) to a gift voucher of the equivalent ticket value (booking fees are not refundable).
GST and local taxes

Cancelled/Postponed Events
Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by Pahiatua Upstairs Cinema Society. Should this occur Pahiatua Upstairs Cinema Society will attempt to contact you and refund the amount as per the policy of Pahiatua Upstairs Cinema Society. Pahiatua Upstairs Cinema Society may, at its discretion, refuse to sell tickets to you or withdraw any tickets from sale via this website.

Modification of terms
Pahiatua Upstairs Cinema Society reserves the right to change these terms and conditions or modify the website from time to time. The user shall be responsible for regularly reviewing these terms and conditions.
Electronic email addresses
We will record your email address if you transmit it to us electronically. Your email address will only be used for the purpose for which you provide it and will not be added to a mailing list unless you request that this be done. We will not disclose your email address without your consent.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be construed in accordance with, and shall be governed by, the laws of New Zealand.
